These terms apply when you use clearvisiondyebombs.com.au or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Products and use

  • Clear Vision Dye Bombs are dye tablets for leak detection and dye testing in water systems.
  • Always follow the directions and safety information on the label and our Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not for human or animal consumption.
  • Product colours on screen may vary slightly from the real product.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment in full.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Consumer guarantees and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, and except for those guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, including where they are used contrary to the directions. A dye test shows where water is travelling; diagnosing and repairing any leak remains the responsibility of the user or their tradesperson.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Clear Vision Dye Bombs name, logo, images and text, belongs to us and can’t be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
